Your Getting Sleepy, verrrry sleeepy...
Tonight I need an evening of serious R&R to fully unwind from my hectic schedule. This means taking every possible measure to relax!
I thought I would walk you through my steps so that you can try it at home:
First, take a nice warm relaxing bath and generously apply Johnson's bedtime lotion. Put on your Kiki de Montparnasse wrap teddy (from Barney's, of course) and your Bath and Body Works reflexology socks. Next, steam a mug of milk and add Creme de Menthe, which will settle your tummy and calm your mind. Get into your bed while you sip and crawl under your Missoni John pattern quilt. Reach to your night table and take your rotary phone (preferably from the 1960's dahling) off the hook, just for effect. Polish down the rest of that Creme de Menthe and spray some L'Occitane aromachologie relaxing pillow mist. Isn't the mixture of lavender, chamomile and hibiscus oil calming? Turn your Homedics Sound Spa on to the sounds of the sea and get ready to visit your dream beach.
Lastly, pull your Fred Flare Holly Golightly mask over your eyes and sleep...
